​I have a tree on my property that I need to cut down. Do I need approval?
Yes, you need to get approval for any tree (dead or alive) that has a diameter greater than 4 inches. Please fill out this Tree Removal Request Form

I am selling my home. What documents will I need to provide to the buyer?
Please contact the HOA Board as soon as your home has gone under contract and provide the names of the buyers and their email addresses. The HOA will email the Association Disclosure Packet to the buyers and the real estate agents. Documents include the plot number, Architectural guidelines, rules of use for the Common Property, etc.

What are the changes that DO NOT require ACC approval?

Repainting or reshingling in original color or color found elsewhere in the neighborhood;

Split rail, ranch plank, or alternating windgate fences less than 4 ½ feet high, behind home

Children’s play equipment

Landscaping or planting; trimming of trees

Cutting dead trees or diseased/damaged trees posing danger to home

What are the changes that DO REQUIRE written request for ACC approval:

Alterations, additions, changes to original appearance of house, including color or siding

Cutting live trees more than 4” diameter two feet above ground; topping of mature trees

Extending, widening, or rerouting driveway

Permanent sports courts

What are the steps for changes that DO require ACC approval:

Complete form and share with all contiguous neighbors

Submit form to Dave ACC; ACC will provide response within 11 days
-
Appeals of ACC decisions may be made to the board, who will respond within 21 days from original ACC submission
